b46b4b69f1 fix(wasm): Fix asyncify rewind with asyncify-aware dynCall shims
Emscripten 4.x removed dynCall_* WASM exports, breaking asyncify
rewind through indirect calls (modal dialogs, event handlers).
Generate JS shims that track Asyncify.exportCallStack and register
in wasmExports so doRewind can find them.

Also fixes empty callback functions ((() => {})) generated by
Emscripten 4.x + pthreads for HTML5 events, pthread entry,
sighandler, async timer, and main loop callbacks.

Build pipeline improvements:
- Stub wasm-opt/finalize in Docker (RAM limits), run on host
- Add setup-emsdk.sh for reproducible Emscripten setup
- Simplify env.sh and version management

2b96d4ba21 Add Quick Start docs and branch-specific Docker builds
- README.md: Add Quick Start section with full build sequence
- docker/README.md: Document branch-specific builds with git worktrees
- docker/build.sh: Use branch name for COMPOSE_PROJECT_NAME
- docker/docker-compose.yml: Remove hardcoded container_name

Each branch now gets isolated Docker containers/volumes, enabling
parallel development across git worktrees.

a26b40c063 Reorganize project structure for clarity
- Rename tests/wasm-app/ to tests/apps/ for brevity
- Move lib/gl_immediate_shim.js to wasm/shims/ (consolidates WASM files)
- Delete docs/ directory (outdated Nov 2024 research docs)
- Delete patches/ directory (already applied to fork submodules)
- Delete wasm/patches/ and wasm/config/ (empty/unused)
- Update all file references in scripts, configs, and documentation
- Update .gitignore for new tests/apps/ paths

Verified both build workflows pass:
- wxWidgets tests: 255 passed
- Docker KiCad build: completed successfully

f1526d8c24 Complete Phase 1: Build KiCad with optional dependencies disabled
Add CMake override modules, stub implementations, and patches to build
KiCad without CURL, libgit2, OpenCASCADE, and ngspice dependencies.

- cmake/: Find modules that provide stub targets when deps disabled
- stubs/include/: Header stubs for curl, git2, ngspice, OCC
- stubs/src/: Implementation stubs for disabled features
- patches/: Consolidated patch for KiCad source modifications
- scripts/: Build helper scripts

Verified full native build on macOS with all optional deps disabled.
