Update wxWidgets: fix ComboBox assertion crash for WASM

Updates wxWidgets submodule with fixes for WASM compatibility:
- wxComboBox::SetSelection now matches GTK behavior (silently ignores invalid indices)
- wxTrap no longer crashes in WASM (EMSCRIPTEN case added)

This fixes the "indirect call to null" crash that occurred when KiCad's
layer combobox called SetSelection during initialization.
