Istvan Matejcsok d43f8ca719 deploy: Plausible analytics on editor.pcbjam.com (own site) ... build-editor.mjs already threads --plausible → VITE_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN; the deploy-editor job now passes editor.pcbjam.com so the backed editor tracks as its own Plausible site (separate from the demo's vars.PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN).
