Implements and tests all remaining KiCad-critical wxWidgets features:
- wxDataViewCtrl virtual mode for Zone Manager/Net Inspector (10,000+ items)
- wxAuiNotebook for closeable/reorderable tabbed panels
- wxWizard for step-by-step Footprint Wizard dialogs
- wxGrid cell editing with text, number, choice, checkbox editors
- wxCalendarCtrl for date selection with navigation

Total: 184 tests passing across 25 standalone apps (~95% KiCad coverage)
