d8d934ffca Enable exceptions and pthreads atomics for KiCad WASM build 
Build fixes:
- Enable C++ exceptions in wxWidgets (--enable-exceptions, -fexceptions)
  Required for KiCad's OnExceptionInMainLoop override in debug builds
- Add -matomics -mbulk-memory to all dependency builds for shared memory
  Required for pthreads support with Emscripten
- Fix docker/build.sh output copy path (pcbnew/ not bin/)
- Make workspace mount read-only in docker-compose.yml

- build-freetype.sh, build-harfbuzz.sh, build-protobuf.sh
- build-zstd.sh, build-opencascade.sh, build-boost.sh

af2adda002 Improve build system with debug symbols, clean modes, and parallel jobs 
- Add build.md documentation for the WASM build system
- Default to debug builds with -gsource-map for WASM debugging
- Add --release flag to disable debug symbols
- Add --clean flag for full rebuild (deps + wxWidgets + KiCad)
- Add -j N flag for parallel compilation (default: 1 for sequential)
- Update Docker memory limit to 32GB
- Propagate DEBUG_BUILD and JOBS to all dependency scripts

Build modes:
- ./docker/build.sh --clean -j8  (full rebuild, parallel)
- ./docker/build.sh              (rebuild KiCad only)
- ./docker/build.sh --no-clean   (incremental)

- Update build-pcbnew.sh with stub library compilation
- Update build-wxuniversal-wasm.sh with library symlinks and stubs
- Add stub libraries for libgit2 and curl (network ops via JS)

c408410c7d Add KiCad PCBnew build script and CMake Find modules 
- Add scripts/kicad/build-pcbnew.sh with clean-by-default and --no-clean flag
- Remove old scripts/build-pcbnew-wasm.sh (moved to scripts/kicad/)
- Add Boost build script with Emscripten toolset for Boost.Locale
- Add header download scripts for CURL and libgit2 (stub libraries)
- Add CMake Find modules for cross-compilation compatibility:
  - FindGLM.cmake: Reads version from setup.hpp
  - FindZSTD.cmake: Explicit sysroot paths
  - FindCURL.cmake: Header-only stub
  - FindSPNAV.cmake: Disabled (3D mouse not needed in browser)
  - FindCairo.cmake: Finds our built Cairo
  - FindPixman.cmake: Finds our built Pixman
  - Findlibgit2.cmake: Header-only stub
- Fix OpenCASCADE build: correct extracted dir name, add CMake policy
- Fix Protobuf build: correct GitHub release tag format (v21.12 not v3.21.12)
