fix(build): Source env.sh in build-wasm-test.sh for Python 3.10+

Emscripten 4.0.22+ requires Python 3.10+ (uses match statement).
The env.sh script sets EMSDK_PYTHON to use Homebrew's Python
instead of the system Python 3.9.6.
