Organize test logs into separate directories by test suite and file

- wxWidgets logs: tests/logs/wxwidgets/<test-file>/
- KiCad logs: tests/logs/kicad/<test-file>/
- Global setup now cleans all log subdirectories recursively
- Added globalSetup to KiCad playwright config
