Fixes the standalone PCB editor never opening: boot enumerated every global footprint library inline on the main thread (each a CDN fetch + parse) before first paint, freezing the tab. Footprints now load on demand (Add-Footprint chooser / footprint editor tree). eeschema was already lazy; footprint editor boots faster too. Verified in the local demo: PCB editor and footprint editor both render; the Add-Footprint chooser lists all ~222 libraries with footprint content fetched on chooser-open, not at boot.
