Add autom4te wrapper to keep submodules clean
Disable autom4te cache creation during autoconf runs by setting AUTOM4TE to a wrapper that passes --no-cache. This prevents autom4te.cache directories from appearing in submodules (pcre, etc.) and making them show as dirty. 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
