feat(site): pricing copy refinements (commenter role, pro seats, collab bullet)

Commenter role in the viewers/commenters FAQ (reader = view, commenter =
+add comments, editor = +edit); real-time collab listed on Free only, Pro/
Enterprise inherit via 'Everything from ...'; Team states seats are Pro
seats scoped to that team's projects only, plus a matching FAQ entry.
