feat(wasm-dom): port-aware kicad reference screenshots; DOM reference seeded

pcbnew.spec.ts picks wizard-04-finish-headless-dom.png under WX_PORT=dom
(native chrome styling differs from univ pixels by design); reference
seeded from the verified loaded-editor state incl. the DOM menubar.
