# Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By commenting "I have read the CLA Document and I hereby sign the CLA" on a Pull Request, you agree to the following:

1. **Grant of Rights:** You grant to **Taras Greben** a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, and **sublicense** your contributions.
2. **Dual-Licensing Acknowledgment:** You understand that the Project is dual-licensed under AGPLv3 and a Commercial License. You agree that your contribution may be distributed under either or both of these licenses.
3. **Representation:** You represent that you are legally entitled to grant this license and that the contribution is your original creation.
4. **No Warranties:** Unless required by law, your contribution is provided on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.
