Job #2067 round 1 + the Starfire SF-2300 manual confirm M11/M12 are the
line-drawing gun X/Y offset (M62/M63), not a Z or deploy move. Emit M11 in
gcodePre and M10+M12 in gcodePost. Operator sets the offset value in the
controller's System Parameters.
Marker Z is still unsolved separately - the controller does no marker Z at all
(built for a non-contact spray gun); tracked on job #2067 round 2.
