CAM profile: Create RatRig StrongHold ONE 750x750

Add a profile for StrongHold ONE (750mm x 750mm) from RatRig. We have
set the dimensions based on the "Machine Work Area" as specified here:
https://ratrig.com/cnc-kits/stronghold-one-cnc.html
