fix(textstyle): open Text Style manager from the ribbon Manage button
The bare STYLE command (sent by the Annotate-tab text-style combo's "Manage…" button) fell into the LIST arm and only printed the style list instead of opening the manager. Route no-arg STYLE / TEXTSTYLE to the dialog, matching DIMSTYLE / TABLESTYLE / MLEADERSTYLE. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
