feat(dimstyle): add Annotative toggle to the Dimension Style editor

Browse source 
Adds the annotative property (DsField::Annotative) to the dim-style edit
buffers, load/apply, and a checkbox on the Fit/Scale tab — consistent with
the Text Style editor's annotative toggle.
